Day 1 - Find your feet

Arrive into Menara Marrakech Airport, for the start of your tour.

Your driver and your English hostess will meet you.

You will be transferred to your stylish riad for an overnight stay.

Settle in and a brief ‘Welcome Meeting’ should give you all the information you require.

Afterwards you will have time to relax and enjoy the rest of your evening.

Day 2 - Roses & rustic

Your driver will arrive to pick you up after breakfast at 8.00am

Your journey starts by travelling Southwest of Marrakech to Ouarzazate through the highest and most picturesque part of North Africa the Tizi n Tichka pass, with its winding roads, excellent views and beautiful scenery reaching the summit of 2260m

After passing over the summit you will descend towards Ouarzazate, where you will continue your journey to the Valley of the Roses. This valley sits at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains and has an incredibly beautiful landscape; it is considered to be the most popular tourist site in Morocco.

The Valley of the Roses offers around 30km of rose cultivation and is irrigated by the Asif M’Goun River.

The Rose Festival takes place during the second week of May.

In the Valley of the Roses, the weather is fine all year round and the sun shines most of the time. The air is cool and dry as the M’Goun Mountains tempers the climate.

You will arrive in Dades, for an overnight stay in a traditional Kasbah/Guesthouse.

You will be served dinner of local cuisine.

Day 3 - Camels & stars

After breakfast you will leave your accommodation and head to the famous Todgha Gorge, a canyon in the Eastern part of the High Atlas Mountains. You will have time to walk through the Gorge, with its spectacular scenery.

You will continue your journey from the Todgha Gorge to Merzouga, in the mysterious Sahara Desert. The Dunes rise above the twin villages of Merzouga and Hassi Labied and for many travellers fulfils the Moroccan promise as a dream destination.

Your camel will be waiting to take you into the mysterious Sahara Desert for your night stay in a traditional Bedouin tent in time to experience the sunset.

Dinner will be served and an evening of traditional Bedouin hospitality awaits you.

Day 4 - Sights & relaxation

After breakfast you will leave the mysterious Sahara Desert and journey towards Agdz; this means ‘resting place’ in Arabic and is located on the old caravan route.

You will stay in a traditional kasbah and be served local cuisine.

Day 5 - Shopping & sightseeing

After breakfast you will continue your journey to Ouarzazate, where you will be able to visit the Kasbah Taourirt, the Cinema Studios and the Atlas Cinema Studio, one the of the largest movie studios in the world.

You will continue on to Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified city, where only 4 families are still living in the village; a great example of earthen clay architecture. This has been a UNESCO world heritage site since 1987.

Our journey then takes us back towards Marrakech over the High Atlas Mountains on the Tizi n Tichka pass before arriving back into Marrakech, for your stay in a stylish riad.

You will have free time in the evening to spend as you wish.

Day 6 - Time to say goodbye

After breakfast you will have free time until it’s time to pick you up and take you back to the airport for your return flight.
